1. Validity period for returns and exchanges
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Beyond this period, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.
2. Return and exchange conditions
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

Noticeable odour or colour difference: A product that has an odour or colour that is different from the description.

Delivery error: product received that does not correspond to the order.

3. Return procedure
Contact our customer service team by email or phone, including the order number, proof of payment, reason for the return, and attaching relevant photos or videos.
Our team will process your request immediately. If the return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
You must return the product with the return label provided. Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed.

Contact our customer service by email or phone, providing the order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and corresponding photos or videos.
After approval, we will provide you with the return address.
You must return the product with the label provided. After receipt and verification, the new product will be shipped within 1-5 business days according to our delivery policy.
5. Refund procedure
The refund will be made within 1 to 5 days after confirmation, to the same payment method used (Visa, MasterCard.). In case of delay, please contact us.
6. Transportation costs

For products with a problem with quality, appearance, smell, a difference in colour or delivery error: the return costs are at our expense.

For returns without a reason: the costs are at the customer's expense.
7. Statement of Liability
We strive to ensure that all products meet the standards of description and quality. However, some items may have slight defects related to transport or storage. Returns and exchanges are limited to the situations mentioned above. Damage caused by incorrect or accidental use is not covered.
