1. Delivery
area Currently, we only deliver to mainland France and do not offer a delivery service to other countries.

2. Shipping
costs Orders of €150 or more are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €150, the delivery fee is €15.

3. Order
Deadline Orders placed before 6pm will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the following day.
During public holidays, order processing will be postponed to the next business day.

4. Order
Processing Time The order processing time is 1-3 business days. In case of exceptional circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

5. Delivery
time The estimated time for delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment. The actual time may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Carriers used
We use the following carriers: Chronopost, Colissimo and DPD.

7. Order
tracking After your order, you will receive an email containing the order number, proof of payment and carrier information. You can track your order on the "Order Tracking" page of our site by entering your email or phone number as well as the order number.

8. Statement of Liability

Damage or loss of products: In the event of damage or loss during transport, we will assist you and offer a solution.

Modification and cancellation of delivery: Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please contact us before shipping for any changes.

Shipping address and liability: Please ensure that you provide a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses due to an incorrect address.

9. Notes upon receipt Upon receipt
of the package, check that the packaging is intact. In case of any visible damage or problem, report it to the carrier immediately and refuse the delivery. Without immediate notification, it can be difficult to find a solution afterwards.
