Orders are only accepted through the official website. After validation, the user receives a confirmation email containing the order number and payment details. We accept major electronic payment methods, such as Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed through an encrypted connection to ensure data security.

5. Delivery
conditions We only deliver within France. After confirmation of payment, orders are processed within 1-3 working days and handed over to the carrier. The total delivery time is usually 7-10 working days. We use the following carriers: Chronopost, Colissimo and DPD. 6. Order
Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not been handed over to the carrier. Once the order is being delivered, it cannot be cancelled; in this case, a return can be requested in accordance with the return procedure. See our "Order Cancellation Policy" for more details.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if the product has a defect, is not as described, has a noticeable color difference, emits an odor, or is incorrect. See our "Return and Exchange Policy" for detailed terms.
